3.29.8: 2nd Annual BoA:Audio Baseball Special ... preview

As noted in the preview, this episode is massive (probably clocking in close to 3 hours). I expect it will be posted late night Saturday night or our now-usual Sunday afternoon-ish.

THIS WEEK : 2nd Annual BoA:Audio Baseball Special ... featuring Paul Kimball, Loren Coleman, Richard Dolan, Adam Gorightly, and Greg Bishop.

It's our massive 2nd Annual BoA:Audio Baseball Special, featuring a collection of esoteric all stars kicking back and talking about baseball. Paul Kimball, Loren Coleman, Richard Dolan, Adam Gorightly, and Greg Bishop return to the program as we get their thoughts on baseball off-season news, how things are looking for their respective teams, various side tangents and minutia, and, upping the ante this year, collect a set of playoff predictions from each guest.

It's a time for BoA:Audio to stop, smell the roses, and remember that there's life beyond the esoteric. We hope you'll join us.

NEXT WEEK : TBA

To be taped on Friday morning. Preview to follow shortly thereafter.

For the second year in a row, previous BoA:Audio guests return to talk about all things baseball. Paul Kimball, Loren Coleman, and others, to be announced later, join the program to discuss some of the hot baseball stories from the off-season, including the Mitchell Report, the Roger Clemens saga, and the change of power at the Yankees. Plus, we'll look ahead to the 2008 season and get predictions on who will win each division & wildcard spots, the AL & NL titles, and the World Series winner.

3.14.8: Jeff Belanger on BoA:Audio preview

PODCAST FEED UPDATE :: We're still working on the in-house podcast feed, sorry for the delay. For now, your best bet is to just grab the MP3s straight from BoA when the new episode is posted. Thanks for your patience.

THIS WEEK : Jeff Belanger, "The Ghost Files"

BoA:Audio returns to the ghost realm with an A-list name from that genre, Jeff Belanger, creater of the online juggernaut "Ghost Village." We'll cover a number of gems from his latest book "Ghost Files", including the various theories on what ghosts are, the commercialisation of haunted locations, Jewish exorcisms, Jeff's global travels investigating haunted places, dealing with skeptics, the evolution of orbs, and other fun stuff. We'll also examine big picture issues like the explosion in popularity for ghost hunting and esoterica on the internet.

It's a fun, loose, and, at times, frank discussion with a researcher at the very top of the wildly popular field that is ghost research.
